Q: Do I need to have experience snowshoeing?
A: No, this tour is suitable for beginners and those of all fitness and ability levels.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We recommend warm and waterproof clothing (for example ski clothing). We strongly  recommend waterproof shoes and pants, as you will likely be walking in deep snow. We provide snowshoes and hiking poles. Winter boots can be provided if requested at the time of booking.
Q: Where is Marble Canyon?
A: Marble Canyon is in Kootenay National Park, BC, around 45 mins from Banff.
Q: Should I bring refreshments?
A: We provide hot chocolate and cookies, please feel free to bring additional water and snacks.
Q: Are there any restrictions?
A: We are unable to take children under 8
Q: How far will we hike?
A: The hike is approximately 3 km or 1.9 miles
Q: How long is the tour?
A: The tour starts at 1:30pm and you are dropped off at approximately 5:30pm, four hours total.
Q: Does it get too cold to go on the tour?
A: If it goes below -27 then we will not run the tour and we can reschedule the booking.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: We are afraid we cannot take pets.
Q: Can I bring my own snowshoes?
A: You can however we do recommend using ours.
