How long is the tour?+
Tours range from 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes in length. Please select your preferred flight time and length during the booking process.

Where is the meeting point?+
The address is 888 Nakoda Way, Morley, AB T0L 1N0 (Located at the back end of the Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino parking lot, identifiable by a log building with a red roof).
What time should I arrive at the Heliplex?+
You are required to arrive at the Heliplex 20 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.
How many people are in the helicopter?+
This depends on the type of helicopter available, it is up to five people plus the pilot so that everyone can sit by a window during your flight.
What should I wear?+
Please wear warm clothing with no loose articles. Zips, ties and belts on clothing must be secured.
Can I take my baby?+
Children are welcome on this experience. Children aged 6–12 years receive 50% off the regular adult fare, while infants and children aged 0–5 years travel free of charge. To qualify for child pricing, each child must be accompanied by two paying adults. For safety reasons, children aged 2 years and under must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the helicopter flight.
What if the weather is bad and my flight is cancelled?+
Tours depend on weather conditions and must be confirmed the morning of the flight. In this situation we can reschedule or refund your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?+
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change, cancel, or refund your booking up to 48 hours prior to your tour (or up to 7 days prior for group bookings).
Should I tip my guide?+
Tips are not expected, but are certainly appreciated. If you think your guide did a wonderful job and would like to indicate that with a tip, it will be graciously accepted.

Soar above the spectacular landscapes of Kananaskis Country and the Canadian Rockies, including alpine lakes, mountain peaks, glaciers, and river valleys. Flight highlights vary by tour and may include Barrier Lake, Lake Minnewanka, Spray Valley, and Mount Assiniboine.
