Stand Up Paddleboarding is the perfect way to explore spectacular Two Jack Lake in Banff National Park.

Choose from a morning introduction to stand up paddleboarding and learn the basics and general skills, or take a scenic afternoon tour.
Both options are located at spectacular Two Jack Lake, located just 15 minutes from downtown Banff. The lake is nothing short of spectacular with turquoise waters, vistas of Rundle and Cascade Mountains, and home to bear, elk, deer, loons, fish, beaver and many bird species.
All equipment is provided so all you need to do is show up. Stand Up Paddleboarding is a relatively easy sport that can be enjoyed by all age groups. No experience is required and all equipment is provided so all you need to do is show up!

The tours run for 1 to 1.5 hours.
The tour includes a safety and paddle briefing and a Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) tour on Two Jake Lake with a Paddle Canada certified instructor to guide you as well as all equipment – a board, paddle, leash and life jacket.
The meeting point is at Two Jack Lake, about a 15 minute drive from downtown Banff. Detailed driving directions will be provided in your confirmation email, and there is free parking at the lake. The Roam Transit Route 6 bus also runs from Banff to Two Jack Lake.
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) combines paddling with surfing. It gives you a fresh perspective, lets you look right down into the water, and feels like you’re walking on the surface. The upright position provides a full body workout, while the width of the board makes it is easy to balance.
The minimum age is 6 years old.
Stand Up Paddleboarding is a relatively easy sport that can be enjoyed by all age groups, and no previous experience is required for the tour. The Paddle Canada certified instructors will provide guidance and tips on proper paddle technique and how to SUP, and will have you on the water in no time.
Please wear a swimsuit and dress for the weather with a rain jacket, hat, long sleeved short, pants etc. Please bring a towel, change of clothes, sunscreen and flip flops. The tour includes all equipment, including your board, paddle leash and life jacket.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 48 hours outside your booked tour (7 days for group bookings of 10 or more people).
Tips are not expected, but are certainly appreciated. If you think your guide did a wonderful job and would like to indicate that with a tip, it will be graciously accepted.

- Every person who is renting a board or kayak needs to be 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian sign the release waiver for them. Every renter needs to be present at the time of renting to sign a waiver.
- Photo ID may be required for identity verification.
