After an informational safety talk, the guide will help you get you familiar with your new eco-friendly 600cc snowmobile (with heated hand-grips and easy-to-use controls).
Located across the valley from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden BC, follow highly qualified and knowledgeable guide as you climb up to elevations of 7000 feet, while you are surrounded by the unspoiled beauty of the Rockies.
Start your ride by winding your way up through the scenic mountain trails, and your guide will stop to offer instructional tips and interesting information about the area with a short break for creamy hot chocolate and homemade cookies. Those on the full day tour will ride further up the mountain and enjoy a delicious mountainside BBQ lunch.
After making your journey back down the mountain again towards the end of the day, you will finish your gratifying day of snowmobiling at the home base and have a refreshing drink before heading back home.

- Minimum age for a driver: 16 years [*Driver’s Licence equivalent to a Canadian Class 5 is required].
- Minimum age for a passenger: 5 years.
- A standard release of liability is required for all participants. A parent or guardian must complete a liability release for persons under 19 years of age.
- There is a maximum of one driver and one passenger per sled for 600cc machines. 900cc machines are single driver only.
- The maximum combined weight allowed is 425 lbs (192 kg) per snowmobile. No exceptions – extra passengers on with a guide will not be permitted this season.
- The half day tour has a minimum of two drivers/snowmobiles.
