COVID-19

The situation due to COVID-19 remains fluid and we aim to keep changes listed here. Please see below for our safety measures and information on what's currently open.

Our Safety Measures

The safety of our team and our guests is our primary concern. Here are the steps we are implementing for everyone’s safety in our reservations store and on our guided tours to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • We have a hassle free 24 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document.
  • We encourage everyone to book in advance online to minimize in person contact (and save if you book in advance).
  • Face coverings (cloth masks) are mandatory for all guests aged 2 years and older and our guides while on our vehicles. Please bring your own mask if you have one, or otherwise we will provide you with one.
  • Effective as of September 20, 2021, in line with the Alberta Government’s Restrictions Exemption Program, all customers and staff aged 12 years and older will be required to provide one of the following:
    • Proof of Vaccination:
      • Partial vaccination (one dose) accepted September 20 to October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service.
      • Full vaccination (two doses) required after October 25.
    • Proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed); or
    • Documentation of a medical exemption.
  • All customers aged 18 years and older must provide personal ID issued by an institution or public body, that shows the name of the holder and date of birth.
  • All vehicles/tours are equipped with hand sanitizer.
  • Guests and guides must sanitize hands each time they board and disembark the vehicle.
  • Hard surfaces, and high touch points in the vehicle will be disinfected after each tour.
  • Vehicles will be cleaned throughly using proper disinfectant after every tour they are assigned to.
  • Guests will be required to answer COVID screening questions prior to booking.
