Discover the challenges of protecting animals and their habitat in Banff National Park. On this evening journey, travel through a variety of landscapes and learn about wildlife, their needs, and their inter-relationships. Leave the Safari with a greater understanding of the National Park and the animals that live within it.
Where to meet: Hotel pick up and drop off provided from Banff
Take a 15min chairlift ride at Banff Mt Norquay and experience Banff like never before. Spectacular views looking down into the Town of Banff and across Spray and Bow Valleys with the stunning jagged edges of Mt Rundle as a feature for all your photos. Relax over a snack or meal, craft brews or a glass of wine at the Cliff House Bistro.
Restrictions: Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the chairlift.
No infants 4 and under can ride the chairlift. Maximum weight is 250lbs
Leave your car at the hotel or campground and allow us to bring you up the Norquay access road. Buses run hourly from Banff with pickups at major hotels.
Travel by horseback on a short trail ride along the Bow River.
Pass the natural sulphur hot springs flowing from the Cave & Basin - the original historic hot springs. The trail loops around the marsh following the Bow River back to Warner Stables.
This ride departs on the hour from 9:00am to 6:00pm daily.
