Planning Your Itinerary

The planning process for your tour will be complete and prompt. The design of your itinerary will begin with helpful information about the region, timing ideas, plus suggested locations and activity ideas for your group. Your group may want to join a daily departing public tour, organize a private version of a daily tour, or mix and match creating a unique itinerary. The Itinerary

After you have decided on what your group’s plan is, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary. You should expect this to arrive promptly, in a couple of days after you have decided the logistics. The itinerary will include the timing of your groups activity, locations, special considerations, and price. You will need to review this, sign and fax it back to confirm your tour.  Our payment and cancellation policy is in the Payment section of the site.

Activity Sign Up Desks
For larger conferences or groups we can provide activity sign up desks, most often at no extra charge. This eliminates delays in bookings and also ensures guests receive the correct information about their options from our knowledgable and helpful reservation staff.  Ask our staff when you are arranging your itinerary.

WelcomE Receptions and Informal Meet and Greets
Ski clubs, conferences, and private groups may want to have a welcome reception for their guests. This is a good opportunity to meet socially with all group members plus give them an orientation to the area. Discover Banff can help at your next reception by attending and providing local information on town events, activities, and tours. Our helpful staff can be ready to take bookings at the reception, or simply be there to answer questions and provide brochures and literature.
