Cat Skiing

Experience the thrill of untouched POWDER while Cat Skiing at Fortress Mountain Resort! Fortress is well known by the locals as a POWDER destination receiving between 600 - 900 cm of snow a year. 

Located only an hour from Calgary and less than an hour from Banff, this is the perfect place to find deep untracked champagne powder! Within the cat skiing terrain there are bowls, glades and untouched powder fields to be found. Run choices of the day are based on the ability of the group, the best snow conditions and the decisions of our highly qualified snow safety experts. Runs are unlimited and it is a maximum of 14 guests per day!

Snacks and water are served on the cat between runs to keep your energy up, a gourmet picnic lunch is included and is served on the mountain at around noon.

Transportation: Return shuttle bus transportation available from Banff for an additional $75
